I'm an amateur cake decorator, and I harbour a not so secret desire to become professional one day. I'm lucky enough to have amazing friends and family that give me opportunities to practice and hone my skills, and I added this page to showcase some of my cake designs... I hope you all like them!       Jeanette thank you sooooo much! I am doing a course in making sugarcraft flowers, but everything else is self taught. Generally I use google for inspiration, and there are some great tutorials on blogs and You Tube out there.
